Last film seen in cinema was the Harry Potter one last summer. I can't remember last film I saw on TV unless it was The Shawshank Redemption. It's my top film ever and I watch it every time it's on.

Although it's a bit more expensive than it was a week ago when i bought it for £6.99. You get bonus stuff on the other dvd, little book thing inside the dvd case, and a cd which is pretty good. All for £6.99! Well, not any more unfortunately. £17.99 now.

Haha. Sorry. I got confused. I was thinking, 'I'm sure I payed 6.99', and I looked in my history thing in my account and it was 6.99 last week. That's why they were out of stock last night I guess. The album is really good too. Not a Johnny Cash fan but maybe I should hunt some of his music down...
I recommend that if you like the film and enjoy the music. Reese Witherspoon has a great voice. She's got a few songs on the cd and sings with Jaquin Phoenix (or however you spell it!) on a few too.

I saw What Happens In Vegas today on a school trip. Its a really good film- but its one of those films that are kinda cringey to watch with teachers there.

I know exactly what you mean there Amy. That happened me too once. School trip, all sat round watching film on TV. Rude scene but not in your face obvious what was going on. Some imagination required. Well none of the other girls were getting it and I was a bit worried that it was just my dirty mind. Then I turned round and the teacher was rolling on the floor laughing with her fist in her mouth to keep quiet. Phew!

Its good if you like action films. My brother and dad loved it- I wasn't too keen on it though. Some of the stunts and stuff in a couple of scenes are brilliant though. Its a really well made film.

Hey.
I was under the impression it got poor reviews even though i enjoyed it. BUT in London on Saturday i saw a poster for it in the tube and it was full of quotes and ratings from magazines and newspapers giving it 4 and 5 stars. I would give it 3 because it got a bit silly but if you like that sort of thing (and i do but it did get a little bit silly) i'd say go and see it! The stunts are very clever and it has some really funny moments.

The Grudge scared me a lot! Never mind that I watched it in broad daylight and with my family . The Ring though, that didn't scare me at all, I admit I burst out laughing when that wierd girl crawled out of the TV... that was probably because I made the mistake of seeing Scary Movie 3 first though.

The Ring didn't scare me, though the first time I saw the film, the crawling out the TV scene got to me a bit. The Ring is just a better film I think. Not scary but it has a lot more atmosphere. Very well made and I think better than the Japanese original. Ring 2 isn't as good but still good.

I first saw The Ring when I was about 16 I suppose. The TV bit scared me. It was late at night, I was on my own and I have to be honest, I struggled to sleep for a while with my TV looking back at me. LOL I really like that film.
